You decide to be forthright with this woman.

"I don't know who you are, but I am not going with some stranger who showed up out of nowhere."

You think you see the hint of a smile tugging at her lips.

"I am Lythia. There will be people chasing after you soon. You will be safer with me than without."

You are not convinced.

"From where I am standing, you look awfully sketchy. So uh, I'd rather leave now, if it's all the same to you."

You're half prepared for Lythia to pull out a knife, but instead she steps to the side.

"If that is your decision, I will not argue. Still, by this time tomorrow, you may well wish you had come with me."
