The Gap, then lunch

It's a Saturday and, like usual, you've got a thousand errands to run. You have an appointment at the hairdresser, a weekly massage, shopping, laundry to pick up and a seemingly endless list of other things to do. Even though the hunger gnaws at you, you wait it out until Lunch, when you're meeting up with your friend Kate. By the time you reach the restaurant, the hunger is nothing more than a vague itch, almost gone by the sight of your friend waiting by the door.
Kate looks stunning. She's wearing a black low-neck top and super tight jeans, and a perfume about her that you find, well, delicious. As Kate turned to get her purse, you notice the outline of her rear end through her jeans. You've always thought that Kate's ass was gorgeous, perfectly rounded. Men always followed that ass with their eyes as she walked past, and many women did also.

"I’m starved Kate. I haven’t had a bite all day."
"Well, since we have reservations they’ll seat us quick. Just hold on a little while longer sweetie." You're not sure you can. The more you look at Kate, the louder your stomach growls.

You enter the restaurant and are immediately seated. You're pleased you were given a private booth in a private room.

"They better feed us fast or I may faint."
"Don’t worry Mary, the service here is excellent. Here, look over the menu so you’re ready to order. I’ve heard the hamburger here is out of this world."

Just then the waitress entered, a stunning, tall brunette. "Hi ladies I’m Lisa, your server tonight. Can I start you out with some cocktails?"
"We’re real hungry," said Kate. "We may have drinks later but for now we’d like to order our food."
You're intently studying the menu. You're delirious with hunger and things are getting a little blurry. Your attention is split between the words in front of her and how pretty Kate looked. You barely heard Kate as she was giving her order.
"And you miss?" Lisa said to Holly.
"I’ll take the hamburger, with Katechup."
"The what?"
"Oh…. I mean with ketchup." your face turned red with embarrassment. When Lisa left, Kate had an astonished look on her face but started to laugh.
Katechup? What’s Katechup?"
"Oh, I was just kidding. A play on words…you know". Man, you gotta watch those Freudian slips.
You both have a lovely time talking, waiting for their food to come. But it never does. First the cook loses the order, then there's a problem with one of the ovens, causing orders to back up. Your head starts to spin; weak from famine. Lisa visits table once more almost an hour after they first arrived at the restaurant...
