Chapter #7Saving Butler Alfred by: Unknown Tim was on the outskirts of Wayne Manor after a bus ride from the inner city out to the more rural area where Bruce's parents commissioned their family estate to be constructed. Tim had been the boy wonder for long enough for Batman to trust him to hold the fort while he was away. Robin knew all the ins and outs of the mansion's security systems and guard details. It was very rare that the Dark Knight left Gotham in the hands of his apprentice, so Robin could only imagine how disappointed Bruce would be if he came back to see this mess. He had to fix it! (From now on, I'm going to refer to Robin with female pronouns for the duration of the body switch.)
Robin stealthily hid in the shadows as she moved from cover to cover. All the while evading the sight of several security personnel. Well, she moved as stealthy as one could move while wearing high heeled boots. While she was infiltrating the manor, it felt strange how she had studied all the security flaws of this home with the intent of knowing how to keep criminal scum like Harley Quinn out. Yet here she was, breaking in. Tim climbed up the vines on the side of the household. She had some trouble at first both due to the unnecessarily effeminate footwear and her body's new center of gravity. "Ow!" Robin swore in Harley's high pitched voice as a few thorns pierced her t-shirt and ripped the fabric clear across the chest.
Once on the rooftop with a huff, she realized that learning to maneuver this new body to do her usual acrobatic fighting style would be a pain. She sighed and blushed slightly when she examined the tear in her shirt exposed a prominent amount of cleavage. Thankfully, she wore a lacy black bra underneath. In a women's body or not, Robin was a man on the inside and she had to appreciate the size of the breasts Harley had. Batman trained Robin to be heavily resistant to seduction after encountering Catwoman and Poison Ivy. Yet, this was her body now, at least until she can fix it. A slight temptation beckoned her to explore her new form. A dainty hand snaked its way up her toeso and she just felt it for a moment, blushing as she inhaled deeply.
"Snap out of it!" That sounded weird coming from Harley's voice. She shook her head and regained focus. "Alfred!" She whispered, remembering the urgency of her situation. She never lost focus like that in her actual body! Robin quickly unfastened the hidden lock on the skylight and she dropped down into the dark dining room. The light was still on from the kitchen and she overheard Alfred putting some food away. Robin was uncertain if she should just approach him in this form or if there was a better way of doing this.
However, before she could make that decision, the light to the dining room was on and she was face to face with a very confused Alfred. The elderly man had frozen in shock for a moment and immediately turned around, walking at a brisk pace. He was going to go set off the alarm that would notify Batman that Wayne Manor was compromised. "Wait, Alfred! Wait!" She chased after him, almost tripping on her heels. "Who are you and how do you know my name?!" He backed away, raising his arms defensively. "Alfred! It's me! Tim! Tim Drake!" Alfred coiled a brow at that remark but returned to his serious frown. "That's preposterous! Clearly you are ill, young lady. You need professional help!" Alfred didn't believe her.
"Alfred, I can prove it!" Robin got an idea. She headed over to the large grandfather clock. Alfred chased after her. "Hey! You get back here!" Robin ignored him as she turned the clock's hands to a precise time. The clock moved to the side on its own and revealed a secret stairway that led down to the batcave. "10:47PM, the exact time of night Bruce's parents were murdered." Tim stated confidently. "H-how could you possibly know—Master Tim?" Alfred finally believed him after a brief pause. "H-how... why...?"
"Alfred, listen to me. I went to bed like you told me to and I woke up in Harley Quinn's body! We need to capture Harley in my body before I—she—he—whatever, does some serious damage!" Robin told Alfred frantically. He nodded. "Then there is no time to waste..."
Together, the dynamic duo headed to Tim's room. What did they find? indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
