Batman: After a battle with Ra's al Ghul and defeated him, the Dark Knight get in possession on an ancient artifact that the leader of assassins planned to use to manipulate every potential target he could think of. Unknown for both of them the artifact is its own being, having a mischievous conscience, trying to use every single situation to use it's power on others, also using its power to corrupt the one who used it.
But we're talking about Batman, his willpower will be enough to not fall under the tricks of some magic item. Right?
