Batman was investigating the disappearance of many young girls and found Harley-Quinn and Poison Ivy who during the fight use a gizmo to make Batman unable to move and Ivy uses a weird pink gas and Harley uses another device and turn Batman into a replica of their 6 year old victim Susan Park’s. As new memories replace old ones Batman’s body becomes of that as a 9 year old girl and soon Batman is just a little girl. Harley and Poison Ivy then decide to adopt little girl Susan to become a criminal.
