They were brown Wedges with a white wedge that exposed the toes, (Tom was someone who had a fetish with women's feet and thought that there was nothing more feminine than a woman wearing high open shoes with painted nails, but now instead of wanting to see it in other women, she wanted to see "herself in them"), they were one of the few open-toed shoes that Sara had, as she was more of a snickers and boots woman. Tom felt like the happiest woman in the world now, and Cara did the finishing touches with perfume, jewelry to leave what was once Tom behind in the past, for the new Sara.
