Samus and the Blähungen Obst

Bounty hunter Samus Aran had recently landed on the planet GAS-1987, a planet that was made of what looked like limestone, but was actually the planet's soil to grown their infamous "Blähungen Obst" trees, which produced a fruit that, when consumed, would cause the victim to gain an adrenaline rush. However the side effects were not worth it. Upon consuming the fruit, whoever ate it would become very gassy. After that, the gas would cause the victim to gain more and more weight in the stomach and ass. However, neither Samus nor the Galactic Federation had any records on this fruit, for it was extremely rare.
As Samus was trying to find some of the Metroids the Federation had sent her to find, she found one of the Blähungen Obst trees. Upon scanning the tree, she found that the fruit was edible, and that it could cause her to gain a rush.
"Well, that sounds good" Samus said as she grabbed a fruit. She then removed her helmet and ate the fruit in two bites. Upon eating it, Samus let out an uncharacteristically large burp. "Whoa, excuse me" Samus said, embarrassed. Though she hadn't noticed, the fruit had already taken affect. Samus had gained...
