You know you're eager to test your new toy, but it's not safe to use it right now. If after the swap your original body keeps holding the remote you may never get it back and you don't want to get stucked with a random body from the neck down.
"Oh man... What can i do?" you say to yourself looking around and seeing a lot of potential targets.
"I want to test it now and know how it feels to have a different body of this regular one!" you say looking down to your own body
"The red button allow me to swap heads with someone... but i don't know if i'll keep the remote after the swap! So it's dangerous to do it on a total stranger..." you think while walking and looking at the note on your hand.
"And i don't think i want to press the green button. I having a feeling of it still have bugs."
"The blue button seems weird... why just look like headswapped?" you think a bit more and you noticed something.
"Whoa! Now i know! If i use the red button and the blue button on the same person, we'll get a full body swap!"
Thinking about all that makes you even more want to test it, so you look now to the remote in your hand.
"Wait... The numeric pad. I can push the 0 button and not get involved in the swap! It would be fun... but i can get in trouble if i just swap random people around..."

"Better i call someone and tell about the remote and invite to test it with me at home... but who?"
