Both Jeff and Dan jumped at the quick opening of the door to the bedroom. Jeff was shocked at the sight of the two figures who entered the room. First he saw what appeared to be Dan's body dressed in the same pajamas Jeff had seen his best friend slip into the night before. Then he saw his very own pale, scrawny body wearing the same Star Wars t-shirt and jeans. The one thing that both Jeff and Dan noticed about their bodies, they’re completely headless. Now there neck are nothing more than just lumps.
Dan looks at his and Jeff headless bodies in shock and confusion. Then he looks at Jeff, who’s head is on his mothers near naked body.
“What is going on here!?” Dan asked.
Dans body pull out Dans phone and start texting on it. As the text was sent, a bing noise came out of Franks phone. Dan grabbed his dad’s phone and looks at the text.
“It’s complicated” the text said.
Dan looks back at his headless body. Then he asked “What happened to us last night? where’s my mom and dad?”
Dans body gave the phone to Jeff’s body, then Jeff’s body started texting for a 3 to 5 minutes. Then it’s sent the message and Jeff a bing noise from Sandra’s phone, Jeff grabs Sandra’s phone and checks the messages.
The text saids “You two and the other 2 people were part of an experiment. You see, the creatures that you would call “aliens” wanted to see how your people behaved after your heads are on different bodies. As for your second question; originally they’re ment to have your body and be here, but the aliens decided not to and instead took them and left us here with you two.”
After Jeff read the text and explain it to Dan, they both have mix feeling about this. Dan wants to find his parent’s heads, but he knows that wouldn’t be possible. Jeff is more curious than upset.
Jeff looks at his and Dan’s headless bodies and asked “how about you two alive?”
Jeff body texted back an answer “we don’t know how we are alive, all we know is that the alien gave us commands that we need to do.”
Jeff’s body starts to text the commands that the aliens gave out.
Aliens commands:
-find heads to blend in
-explain the experiments new life
-be servant to your respective hosts
After Jeff and Dan read the text, Dan looks back at their headless bodies and ask “what do you mean new life?”
