Juliet cuts off Monica's skirt and panties

Monica: “What? Are you crazy? I can’t walk around here bottomless”
Juliet: “But I think it’s funny.” And while saying that she took a scissor and started to cut Monica’s clothes. But Monica had no intention to let her do that without resistance.

She tried to fight against the bully but Juliet was much stronger than her.
Juliet grabbed her skirt at the side together with the panties. The suspenders unclasped and the next thing Monica felt was a snapping sound from the scissors and a loose feeling from her panties. Juliet wanted to cut the skirt now too, but trough Monica’s loud resistance a teacher showed up.

Teacher: “What’s the meaning of this? Juliet are you looking for trouble again? You are going to class right now. And Monica, how are you looking today? Go on, you have to go to class too.”

Monica blushed. Of course he recognised her slutty outfit but she had to concentrate to keep her legs together, otherwise her panties would have fell down right in front of him.
But all in all she was glad that he stopped Juliet.

After the teacher left with shaking his head and Juliet was going to her class with an evil grin, Monica dared to move again. Directly her cut panties fell down to her ankles. She grabbed them fast and through them into the trash, hoping that nobody recognised it.
