In a tangent universe where Scott Pilgrim likes fat girls he finds himself dateing Knives Chau, a cute and timid chinese girl.
Dating her is 'nice' but she is far too small for his tastes, and though he has hopes for making her gain, so far all his more subtle attempts have failed him and soon his attention was drawn to the more shapely Ramona Flowers. Things from there went very strangely for Scott, he began dating both Ramona and Knives and after fighting her 1st evil ex at the gig, he is confronted by his friends. Scott is forced to make up his mind as what to do and eventually is convinced that he should tell Knives the truth before he breaks her heart.
And so, on the day he was to tell her his preferences, she blurts out that she's "in love" with him.
"um, listen...i like you knives...but i only love 'fat' girls." he says uncomfortably "i wont ask you to get fat for me unless you want to....so i think we should break up or whatever"
After his confession knives goes really quiet and just stares at Scott shocked. Scott meanwhile is too embarrased to look at her and just looks away.
"really?" she asks shakily
"yeah..." Scott nods, still not looking at her
"ok" she whispers softly
"ok?" Scott replies shocked "ok you'll get....you know... or ok we should break up?"
"ok i'll get fat" she muttered weakly
Scott is shocked by her remark and the two kiss a long and passionate kiss before going their seperate ways, agreeing to meet tomorrow, giving both of them letting it sink in what has just occured.
Scott returns to his appartment where he tells his 'cool gay room mate' Wallace what has transpired. Scott is over the moon with excitement at the prospects of seeing cute little Knives grow fatter and fatter until his bubble is popped as he's told that he has to now break up with Ramona instead.
Crushed and defeated by the latest revelation, Scott crashes out on the bed clamining he'll do it tomorrow, one attempted break up is enough for one day.
