Hermonie fires the spell to change his underwear into a gold shiny thong with brooms on it, but Draco deflects the spell back on her, and casts expelliarmus at the same time, disarming her. Draco smirked, as Hermonie's eyes widened as she realized she was completely defenseless. Draco cast a spell to depantse her to check what underwear she had tried to give him and Hermonie crouched forward in an attempt to hide her thong, but Draco ran towards her and wedgied her thong high! Then he played around with her for a while, giving her an atomic wedgie, and a hanging wedgie. As Hermonie hung humiliated, Draco said "Huh the muggles are good for something after all" as he took out a camera and proceeded to take many pictures of her, including several of her only in her bra after he vanished her top. Then he said "Hope you enjoy having your reputation ruined as i distribute these around the school. I'll also have my father distribute these to the ministry so you can say goodbye to any possible good careers in the future. And you can't tell on me to a teacher cause you started it by casting the spell." Hermonie's eyes widened and she flushed in embarrassment as she realized he was right. She quickly said wait "Ill be your slave for a week if you don't." Draco responded with "A year, and it has to be a magical vow to be my slave, and i won't go any lower so take it or leave it." Hermonie unhappily accepted the deal. After she made the deal, Draco had a big smirk on his face that made Hermonie very uneasy. He said "the deal only makes it so that i can't humiliate you by distributing those pics. I can humiliate you in any other way i want now, for the next year." Hermonie gasped and said "you conniving little..!" but was cut off as Draco smacked her thoroughly wedgied rear. "No hitting me ever, and I'll punish you if you ever say anything bad about me" said Draco with a smirk. Hermonie stewed in anger. The Draco said "heres the few basic rules you have to follow. Always have at least 2 inches of your underwear exposed, and no pulling your skirt/pants up if you have to bend over to pick up something to cover more of your underwear." Then he transfigured her ruined thong into panties that said "spank me please!" on them, and he wrote her full name on it. He said i'll have to change up your entire wardrobe later, but for now i think i have to punish you some more. Then he took her and spanked her for a while before leaving. Hermonie realized she only had 2 minutes to get to potions for the big test today. But she only had her panties and bra on and Draco had taken her wand and vanished her clothes before leaving. She'd have to go to her dormitory to get more clothes. She knew Snape would take off a huge amount of points off her test if she was late and that would drop her average a lot, but was likely to let her take the test in her underwear to humiliate her, but everyone in the class would see her in her "spank me" underwear.
