You smacked your forehead. Duh! Pokemon! You reached for one of the three Pokeballs on your belt. With you was a Zubat, a Houndor, and your first ever Pokemon, your loyal Galvantula. Utilizing strategies you had trained to perfection, you released all three.

Houndor darted up first. The moment Lily noticed him, he caught her in a Mean Look.

"W-What the heck?" she asked, stepping back as Zubat swooped in and nailed her with Confuse Ray, "Ugh.....I don't feel so...." was all she could say before Galvantula did her part. She quickly fired a String Shot, wrapping up the Gym Leader. You thanked your Pokemon, returned them, and grinned deviously. Lily was all yours now.
