Rose was separated from the Doctor in an alien market on a carnival planet. Whilst the Doctor was exploring and trying exotic foods, Rose found a store that hadn't translated its logo into English, she looked at the products and it was a machine, "How much is the machine?" she asked wondering what it was still, "It's only three credits for offworlders." said the market person. She gave the credits to the man who smiled, "Enjoy the gift, but make sure you don't make it become a curse." she carried it away very confused, "What did he mean by curse? Never mind, I'll need to have a proper look at this thing when I'm back at the Tardis." she placed her finger on one side of the machine and it seemed to scan her DNA, suddenly a huge jolt and wave of pleasure filled her body and she fell into the Tardis.
