Option 1: Pixie felt crestfallen, as her usefulness to the Demi-Fiend dwindled the more he progressed in his journey across the Vortex World. Already she was worried that her role in his following was to be a "cute" demon like Jack Frost or Mothman, replaced by creatures stronger and better. Determined to become stronger, she figures that using one of the Magatamas that the Demi-Fiend already drained of all knowledge could be a good starting point unaware that the result will be much more... interesting.
Option 2: They did it. The Demi-Fiend did the impossible, gathering all the menorahs and descending the Labyrinth of Amala to the very bottom overcoming incredibly tough enemies and overwhelming odds. Pixie was there at his side, the oldest of his allies that he kept around, and thus was blessed by the Labyrint itself. Except that, along with immense power and abilities beyond her greatest dreams, she also gained in other regards.
