6 years later, Gwen reached the 5,600 mark. She couldn’t leave her room because she had become too big and fat to leave. She was not only a 2 ton pile of fat, but she had 2, 800 pound twin girls in her belly who were also pregnant with twins that weighed 400 pounds each.

“So fat, so pregnant, so much pain in womb.” Gwen said.

Then she felt a hard ripple coming from inside her womb as her water broke. She started to breathe heavily and scream. Then her first 16 year old fat, pregnant twin came out then the other. When she did, she dropped 1,600 pounds. Then her twin daughters gave birth to their twin daughters. The way that they are all fat, Gwen decided they went on a diet and work out everyday.
