The field was wide, and empty, with a clear blue sky above, brightened up by a few high puffy white clouds. So no sign or rain, and no interference, in short, ideal conditions for the next stage of tests. The lab tests, small scale, and inanimate had been successful, changing a small white mouse, into a block of cheese and back again.
In the back of the car was a selection of test subjects, and your list of the planned experiments and hoped for results. The rescue dog was eagerly wagging his tail tapping regularly against the car window. He was enjoying the smell of the country air. However, given Kelly's genius, and the lab results things should run smoothly.

"Hey Andy, smile!" Kelly's voice called out while I was setting up the equipment. 'Why can't you call me Dad?', you sigh to yourself.
"I'm getting the cameras in place to record everything." you tell her trying to sound reasonable.
Just as you adjust one tripod, you recognise her tone of voice. It's her, I'm all excited, and can't wait tone.
"I'll just be a minute." As you say this, you turn around, and see her pointing the TF raygun at you.
