Naruto walked back to Sakura's palace with a disappointed frown on his face. He made his way into their bathroom, took out some cleaning supplies and got to work. This wasn't really a difficult task, since Sakura had her other slaves clean the entire palace, including this very bathroom, so he wasn't really embarrassed or angry about having to clean the bathroom. It was just a task Sakura was making him do so he didn't have to watch her teach Tsunade how to enslave two of the village leaders that were part of the Shinobi Alliance...
He swallowed the spit that was gathering in his mouth thanks to the ball gag Sakura had stuffed in his mouth.
Tsunade's words were still ringing through his mind. Yes, he was better off now as Sakura's pet than he had ever been before. Yes, he was happier now as Sakura's pet than he had ever been before. And yes, his life was far better now as Sakura's pet than it ever had been before. But that didn't mean anything for this!
Tsunade claimed she wouldn't hurt either village, because that would decrease their worth to Konoha... but it still felt wrong to him. He was annoyed at Sakura for agreeing to Tsunade's plan, but he knew he had no right to be. He had no right to even question her whatsoever... As a matter of fact, as her slave, he should support her decision. But he just couldn't get on board with this decision.
He scrubbed the tile of the bathroom floor with an old toothbrush angrily.
"Naruto-kun?" Hinata's voice suddenly called.
"Mmph?" Naruto questioned.
"Ah here you are." Hinata said as she entered the bathroom. "Our master told me to come watch over you in case you are upset."
"MMPH!" Naruto voiced his displeasure as best as he could with his mouth gagged.
"I'm not allowed to take that out." Hinata said with a small smile. "I heard about everything that happened, and what has you upset by the way."
"MMPH MMPH!" Naruto again voiced his displeasure with the exact same result as before.
"I just want you to know that I think you're wrong. I mean, look at all of us. Our Master has enslaved you, me, Ino and Kaori and given us all wonderful lives. Tsunade-sama is a wise woman, under her direction, Suna and Kumo will flourish, and Konoha will benefit. It's a win win situation for everyone involved. Besides, Tsunade-sama is a fair woman. If you're worried about Gaara because he's your friend personally, you know that she would be a fair master. Both he and the Raikage will have a good life beneath her."
"MMPH!"
"I know you don't believe it... but we women are better than you men Naruto." Hinata went on. She really wanted to make Naruto agree to this before Sakura returned to him. She told Hinata that she planned on comforting her pet later after she was finished teaching Tsunade, but it would be a really pleasant surprise for Sakura if Naruto wasn't angry by the time she returned. AND she may just impress her master, which could only lead to good things for Hinata.
"MMPH MMPH MMPH!"
"That's why you're Sakura's complete slave. Because as a woman, she is vastly superior to you. You know this." Hinata chided.
Naruto nodded his head in agreement. Of course he knew Sakura was vastly superior to him!
"She's smarter, sexier and stronger than you. She's also far more wise. If she believes this is the best move, then as her slave, you should believe it's the best move because you know that she is wiser and smarter than a lowly being like you could ever be."
Naruto's eyes widened at Hinata's words. Hinata was right... Sakura's wisdom and intelligence greatly dwarfed his, if she believed it was for the best, then it was for the best. But still... could he really get over his anger at this? Even though he accepted that Sakura was right, his conscious still told him she wasn't...
