"Listen and watch closely, Naruto. What I am about to show you is a high level skill which requires a lot of chakra. It is a very useful jutsu for espionage work, and can be very fun to use." Tsunade explained, and added in her mind 'maybe just not for you.'
"Alright, show me, I'm so psyched up, I can't wait to learn it!"
Tsunade smiled at his response. This was going to be even easier than she thought. Taking a few minutes to show him the proper hand seals, and another thirty to help him get it perfectly, she knew it was time to make a new plaything.
"Good, Naruto. Now you are ready to try it for real. Just follow the hand seals I showed you, and you'll be set."
The spikey haired blond ran through the seals quickly, and exactly. The jutsu activated, and in a swirl of blue chakra, Naruto now stood at a height of three inches tall.
It took the boy a moment to figure out what just happened to him, and when he did, he turned to yell at the one who taught him.
"What the hell! You said this was a useful jutsu! What's so useful about being the size of a bug?!"
Tsunade ignored him for now, and instead reached down to pick him up. She brought the tiny ninja to her face, and let him know where he now stood.
"Listen up, Naruto. You are now on a special assignment, you are now assigned to be the Hokage's shrunken slave until further notice. Any arguments or resistance will be met with harsh punishment. For now though, get to work..."
