He waited until everyone left for the day at the tower, and started up the stairs for Baa-chan's office.

She pulled the cup away from her lips as she gave him a concentrated look, " You will call me Tsunade-sama on this mission, no Hokage-sama. You will respect the woman, not the title."
The confusion played on his face again,"Uh, okay. So what's the mission Tsunade-sama?"
Tsunade smirked," Eager, aren't we? Alright, I'll start then. Recently, the council, in all their intelligence, figured out that there is no heir to the Senju clan."
Naruto looked confused....again," You mean there are no other members of the Senju?"
"Oh, there are, but none worthy of noting. Just civilians with no shinobi background, and certainly no descendants within my grandfather's lineage.....except me, that is."
"But...well, umm...you can't have kids anymore....can you?"
Tsunade smirked, " I'm a medic, slave. I stopped my period decades ago, so it didn't hinder my career, so, I have plenty of eggs left....something I have kept secret for a long time, until, somehow, the council found out. Now, they're forcing me to finally have a child.", she explained before taking a big sip of sake.
Naruto paused in his eating, " Wait, they're forcing you? They can do that?"
"They can with the backing of the Fire Daimyo, who is worried that the Uchiha might gain a majority again, now that Sasuke is back. Sure, I could refuse, but I'd probably lose all credibility with the Fire Daimyo, including choosing a successor", she replied as she looked at Naruto, who was gawking.
Without Tsunade's say, he might never make Hokage, with those two old geezers picking out someone more "disciplined".
"Wow, that's heavy. But then, it's kind of a good thing too. I mean, any children you have are going to be really strong, and I know you'd be a really good mom, so what's the harm in becoming a parent?", Naruto looked on the bright side with a tinge of selfishness added in.
Tsunade chuckled lightly, " I came to the same conclusion. And, that's where you come in, slave"
Naruto looked at her in confusion as he held his bite of food in his mouth, " Haugh cang I haulp?"
"By getting me pregnant, of course"
A sharp intake of breath, came from Naruto, until a piece of food stopped it short. Tsunade quirked an eyebrow as Naruto pounded on his chest and started turning blue. Deciding to help, she got up and around her desk, until she was in front of his chair, and planted her foot on his chest with enough force that he coughed up the obstruction.
