"Yes Mistress." An excited Naruto replied. What was Tsunade going to do?

Tsunade's ass clenched a bit and then... PFFFBBBRRRTTTT, she let out a massive fart!

Naruto was taken by suprise but he still obeyed the Hokage's previous command and sniffed as hard as he could. The fart stench went right up his nose and into his lungs. To a normal human this would be disgusting but Naruto did have an ass fetish. But was this too far for even Naruto?
