Toy plane

As David continued to fly the plane into the Bermuda Triangle the plane suddenly started to shake. At first Amber was scared but David calmed her down saying it was probably turbulence. What they don't realize is that their plane had shrunk to the length of a foot and a half once it entered the triangle. But a few moments later the plane was starting to malfunction and David knew he has to land the plane to safety. Lucky Amber notices an island up ahead and she suggests to land there. So he lowers the plane and heads for the island. What happens next?
