He could not sleep and decided to watch Chris.

Nate couldn't fall asleep. He was constantly thinking of Chris and the impossible that happened today.
"It couldn't be real."
But the thought didn't let him calm down. He spun sleeplessly in his bed until he was bored of his helplessness at midnight.
"That's enough! I can't take it anymore."
He got out of bed and quietly walked down the hall. In his socks, he slipped silently to his brother's room. He carefully opened the door and entered. The light from the street lamps illuminated the window so he could see perfectly. Chris slept peacefully on the bed by the wall.
Nate walked over to the bed and slowly removed the blanket from Chris. The boy slept on his stomach, his black hair falling into his face almost completely covering it. He wore a simple white T-shirt and blue shorts as pajamas. So he looked absolutely as usual except that his bare feet were visibly closer to the end of the bed. Clearly, he was still 5 feet.
"How come he didn't notice? And why is his pajamas still good for him?"
Nate saw Chris's slippers by the bed. He leaned down and picked up one. He saw that it was bigger, too. He gently measured the slippers to Chris's feet, making sure he didn't wake him up. They were almost the same size.
"???"
He was completely puzzled when he saw a framed picture on his desk. It was made about Nate and Chris on Chris ’birthday at the adventure park last year. Nate remembered that day perfectly yet Chris in the picture was much taller.
"It's crazy! Are they saying everything is changing?"
Slowly, Nate began to understand why Chris didn't notice what had happened to him. Because there was no change for him.
"At least I know it's not a scam and I'm not crazy."
Nate started covering Christ with the blanket and ...
