After a short walk down a wide hallway Illyana stops in front of a large ornate door.
"Do you wish to have a meal before the orgy?" Asks Illyana. "Most guests seem to prefer to enter the orgy with something already in their belly."
"Yeah, a quick meal sounds good." You say with a nod
Illyana clapped her hands together loudly "Well then, behind this door lies the dinner room. Inside there are several pre-prepared preggos just waiting to be eaten." She says, before pushing the door open.
The room inside is filled with an enormous table, every inch of which is covered by a platter with a preggo on it. Just the sight of all these juicy preggos is making your mouth water.
"Take your pick Reiko, but I recommend you only take one, you'll want to save some room for later" Says Illyana with a flourishing gesture towards the table.
After weighing all your options for a bit, you eventually decide to take...
