Just diapers, their size.

The girls look over at the the things Olivia got out and noticed 2 packs of diapers, one that appeared to be for a girl Olivia's side and the other one appeared to be in the chipettes size. The girls were a little surprised to see the diapers, but didn't think it would be a bad thing if they wore diapers for the duration of the sleepover. Olivia was happy to hear the chipettee liked the idea of wearing diapers and started to get one out for herself and graved three much smaller diapers for the chupettes. Who got diapered first, Olivia or the chipettes?
