Somewhere in the city, an odd enzyme is being produced. The scientists who have developed it don't quite understand it, but they can be forgiven. The enzyme does things that physics can quite understand yet.

The scientists think that they have the enzyme safely locked away, but unfortunately, one mosquito hosting the enzyme wasn't tucked as safely as away as they liked.

The enzyme would come into play when the escaped mosquito bit Megan about forty-five minutes later. Megan instantly slapped and killed the mosquito, thus insuring that no one else would be infected by the enzyme. Megan herself would shrink to six inches
