Paradise is predictably called Paradise

As the TARDIS whirled towards its destination, the Doctor grinned at Martha, using his exposition voice which she hadn't heard in weeks.

"You see, when humans first started leaving Earth one of the first Earths-sized planets they found was chock full of precious, powerful elements found almost nowhere else in known space. But, and this was good for the planet, the first people to arrive there were environmentalists. They made the whole planet a nature reserve. Some of the most brilliant scenery I've ever seen, and all unspoilt. It's called Paradise."

"Of course it is," Martha said, "Can't wait to see it. What's it have to do with me getting back into shape and you getting back into the game?"

"Well, it's quite inspiring. Some of the elements are vibrationally attuned to sentient minds. It's a great place of deep thinking. Also, turned out the first colonist weren't too lucky in colonizing the planet. So while they're dying out, a little . . . oh, let's just call it a specialized society, came and settled a small part with the agreement that they wouldn't spread beyond their original colony. And they didn't."

"Why would we want to visit a cult in a nature reserve?"

"Because it was a health cult-or a beauty cult, as they'd see it. Obsessed with being healthy and perfection, you see. They were living to be 200 naturally when most humans were dead by 150, so they were certainly onto something."

"Obsessed with beauty? Sounds a bit superficial. How can they help us?"

"Oh, they are, but they're nice enough people if I remember. Lots of humans were in those early space-faring days. You'd be proud of them. And these Paradisians were always willing to lend a hand. So, you will get to be in the best shape of your life, while I will wander the wilderness, soaking up the scenery. It'll do us both a lot of good and we'll only have to be there a couple of days!"

"So you'll be a tourist and I'll be at a spa?" Martha nodded with approval as the TARDIS arrived. "Doctor, this might be one of your better and less dangerous ideas."

"Let's not speak too soon!" the Doctor smiled as they stepped outside.
