Rebecca Keane insisted that I went to her house on that fateful night. It was New Year's Eve and, unfortunately for her, she was going to be stuck in some family's house, babysitting a bunch of young girls. This was not her idea of entertainment, especially on such a special occasion. Meanwhile I was preparing to head off to my friend's flat party to celebrate the countdown to a new year. When she first heard of my plans, my girlfriend was not too keen on my decision to go while she was stuck babysitting, so I promised her that I would come to her house and stay with her for an hour or two before she had to head off.
Her parents were already away, off to attend a party of their own, so we were left alone in her house. Unfortunately however, when I arrived, she was slightly disappointed. I promised her that I would arrive at her house at half past three in the afternoon, but I was forty five minutes late, which meant that we could only spend half an hour with each other before she had to go and babysit. The first few minutes was marked with an awkward silence, clearly I had upset her, but eventually we started cuddling with each other, like we usually did.
That was when Rebecca invited me to her bedroom. She wanted to show me something amazing before she had to leave, so I followed her into her room, where she had her laptop already running, and sat beside her on her soft bed. She had some sort of website loaded on the screen, but I failed to notice what site it was because before I could take a closer look, she told me to close my eyes. She said that she didn't want to ruin the surprise. So, like the gullible fool that I was, I followed her order, and closed my eyes. As I waited for the order to open them, I listened to Rebecca typing something on her laptop. As she continued to type however, I couldn't help but open my eye slightly, just to take a peek. Before I could, Rebecca noticed me peeking and told me off, informing me that if I didn't behave, my surprise would be far less satisfying. With that said, I kept my eyes shut, anticipating what she had in store for me.
As I sat there, with my eyes closed, I couldn't help but notice the odd noises that her laptop was making. Either her laptop was running really slow and awkwardly, or something else entirely was happening, something that I may or may not like. Upon noticing this however, I felt a strange tingling sensation tickling my entire body as the odd noises grew louder. The strange sensation continued to spread and grow, overcoming my entire body until, suddenly, I felt my body endure drastic changes.
That was it. At that point, I had to defy my girlfriend's wish. I had to open my eyes, just to find out what was happening to me, but when I opened my eyes and looked down at myself, I was horrified to find that somehow, some way, my body had changed tremendously.
