reality does not change. You would still face the same challenges that all high school students face, such as navigating social relationships, studying for tests, and keeping up with school work. You would also face the unique challenge of trying to fit into the peer group as a girl with larger breasts than many of your classmates. It may take some time to adjust to this change, but your overall experience would remain similar.
