Ever since she first met Tommy and her friends, Angelica always seems
to get a kick out of teasing them, lying to them, and just flat-out make
their lives miserable.

But, in reality, Angelica secretly hated that she was one of the only
two three-year-olds in the group.

One night, when she was getting into bed, she saw a shooting star.
Realizing this could be a chance to start over, she hurried and made
a wish to be a baby again.
