You were walking at night until you stumble across some puddles of liquid latex.

Yes

You jump into the air, dodging his tongue. You turn around and flap your wings, trying to get away from the voracious dragon.

You hear a loud noise behind you and look. You are staring down the dragon's throat. You would've had a heart attack if you had a heart.

You flap your wings harder but soon the dragon's mouth is around you. You see the roof of the mouth above you and his tongue below you. The dragon starts to close his mouth to seal you inside. You can feel his warm breath and a sticky saliva like substance dripping down onto you.

You look to the side and see that there is enough space and you should have enough time to escape. You throw yourself to the side. Were you able to make it out of the dragons mouth?
