After you both are in, you tell her to remove the pull-up, which she complies. After you you throw away the messy, somewhat leaking pull-up, you tell her to finish up in the toilet. After she finishes pooping, then flushing. she asks what next. You then pull a pair of My Little Pony panties on her.
