The teacher, Miss Swan smiled at you kindly. "You will be paired up with me, Tony." Calmly, she said. "I have an idea you might find intriguing."
"What am I going to do?" Curious, you asked.
"Well, I work another job during the summer break." Smiling slightly, Miss Swan explained. "You can work this job and earn some extra cash while earning your grade."
"What would I do?" Wincing, you asked. "I don't have any real training in anything."
"You are an astounding actor." Smiling more , Miss Swan said. "That and I have seen you play a female role quite beautifully."
You blushed at that as the girls in the room giggled. "I only did it because the lead female role became sick at the last minute and the play was for charity." Softly, you said. "It was lucky for them that I'm short and skinny for my age and knew all of her lines."
"Well, how would you like to play the female role on a more grand stage?" Eying me, Miss Swan asked. "Prove to this class and yourself just how great an actor you really are?"
"What kind of job requires one to dress up as a girl?" Taken back, you demanded.
"I work at 'Women's on demand clothing designs'." Smiling, Miss Swan replied. "It is a clothing store that literally makes outfits to the customer's exact desires." She giggled slightly. "We have a beauty salon as well which brings the entire package together in one stop."
The girls in the class giggled, imagining what you would be doing. Only you were less than impressed. "I know how to sew but why would I need to cross-dress?"
Miss Swan giggled. "Actually, the company is looking for someone to advertise some of their latest clothing and hairstyle design ideas." Bemused, she said. "I was hoping to get a girl to do this but they have already paired into other groups." She giggled. "Despite being a boy, you are perfect for the job."
The girls were now laughing but Miss Swan called for silence. "I'll be the laughing stock of the entire school, the entire town." Pouting, you argued.
"I assure you that it pays well." Calmly, Miss Swan said. "That and when our salon experts are done with you, no one will recognize you." She then smiled. "An actor who can play the roles of both genders are very valuable in the film industry..."
