Goku is much weaker then he should be

"Ready...Go" Pan says as she stomps down on Goku. He barely avoids it using instant transmutation to get behind her and starts flying away. Pan sees him and dives over him punching Goku straight into the ground. Pan stands over him as he recovers.

"Come on little guy I'm not going to be doing all the attacking am I?" Pan asks with her hands on her hips giving a small head lean.

Goku gets up and quickly starts blasting off KI blasts as he flys in circles around her. At first Pan thought he was playing around with the weak blast that she could hardly feel but, then she notices the focus he has and can't help but tilt her head back to laugh. Goku sees this and starts to charge a Kamehameha blast and fires it at Pan's face.

"You should try harder then that shrimp," Pan says as she simply flicks the blast away. She then turns pointing her hand at him aiming one simple KI blast which sends Goku flying into the ground. She then steps on him grinding a little as she decides what to do next.

2. make him clean her room at his size
