She wants Minato to look at her more.

Kuu and Minato was taking a walk in the city to do some shopping.
They were enjoying going from shop to shop and they almost found everything on the list, then Minato thought that he and Kuu could take a break in the park.
Kuu was so happy about it and she literally was dragging him towards the park.
There they arrived to the park and it was lively as usual, they manage to find a empty bench to put down their stuff and Kuu was watching while Minato went to the kiosk.

"Here you go Kuu" Minato said after giving her a popsicle, there they were and resting, while looking at other people playing around in the park.
But sometimes i notice that Kuu was peeking at me and some women, then looks down on herself.

Of course that worries me so i asked her what´s wrong, but Kuu said nothing and where hiding her blushing face.

But Kuu on the other hand was thinking for herself, "would onii-chan see me as a women if i had bigger chest" she thought while looking around.
She sees lot of boys and girls together and notice that some boys was looking at their girls breast.
Then Kuu remembers at the inn Minato was looking at Musubi, Tsukiumi and the others big breasts a lot, so she thought if she had big breasts, onii-chan would look at her to.

Then she came to from her deep thought when onii-chan called her, "hey do you want to play a little Kuu" he asked, she smiled and they went to the playground. They played for almost an hour when Minato needed to visit the restroom so Kuu was alone for a while.
While waiting Kuu was looking around again and is still stuck on the thought of big breast, wondering if she could make them bigger somehow?
