It was Monday morning, two days after Maria had arrived in Angel Grove. "I'm so excited that you'll be staying here." Kimberly said. "I can introduce you to my friends and we can have another girl in the group. Trini will be so excited." Maria nodded. "Great Kim, I'll pick up my schedule and meet you at lunch."
At lunch, Maria sat down with them. "So Maria, have you heard about the Power Rangers?" Jason asked. She nodded. "I wonder who they are." "What would you do if you knew?" Billy asked. Maria shrugged. "Anyway, we're getting off track, what's your favorite color? And why'd you come to the city attacked by monsters every day." Trini said.
"Well, my apartment caught on fire and Kim's family is the only other place I could go. My favorite color is Green though. Anyway, I think I'm going to go explore after school." She said as the bell rang. Meanwhile, on the moon, Rita gazed at the Kim's cousin. "Ah, she's perfect." "Perfect for what?" Squatt said. "To be my evil green ranger!" She said. "But first, I must test her with putties."
Back on Earth, Maria saw the Putties. "Oh man, being nice sure works up an appetite. An appetite for a fight." She grabbed a putty and threw it at a few of them. She tore off another one's leg and threw it another bunch. "Oh come on, that was all of them? Boring." She said. Rita appeared in a flash. "How would you like to be an evil power ranger?" She asked. "Hmm, I could be evil all the time?" Rita nodded. "And I could fight heroes?" "Not just fight, destroy!" Rita said. Maria laughed. "Death is the easy way out. I'd torture them until they're begging for death. Even after they're on their hands and knees, I'll continue to torture them." Rita laughed evilly. "I like you. You're hired." She handed Maria the Dragon Power coin. "Now, as a human with a power coin you'll be able to access the command center. There you will disable Zordon."
"Do I get to know their identities?" Maria asked. Rita nodded and told her. "Aw, how cute. My cousin wears pink. How much will it break her heart when she learns her cousin killed all of her non-immediate family and now will kill her friends." Rita quickly vanished, unaware what to respond. Maria teleported in a flash of green light.
She pulled out Alpha 5's wires before getting caught by Zordon. "Maria, how are you here? Only one with a power coin can access this fortress undetected." "That's right Zordon, I have the coin and the power." "She has you under a spell. I can help-" He was interrupted by the wires connecting him to this dimension being pulled out. Maria teleported back to the alley and threw the wires in the trash.
Meanwhile, Rita was smiling. "Yes! She's so brilliant." Rita exclaimed. "Goldar, are you ready?" Goldar nodded from Earth. "Magic wand, make my Goldar grow!" Meanwhile, the rangers were at Kimberly's house. "Where do you think she went?" Billy asked. Kimberly shrugged. Suddenly, they all saw Goldar. "Guess it'll have to wait." Jason said. "Tyrannosaurus!" "Mastodon!" "Triceratops!" "Pterodactyl!" "Saber tooth tiger!" "We need Dinosaur power, now!"
The megazord locked their sword with Goldar. "Huh, time to meet the Green Ranger." Maria said. She jumped into the Megazord. "Being good is over rated." She said before beating up the rangers inside their own Megazord. They all fell out and only Maria landed on her feet. "Who are you?" Jason said, getting up. "I'm the Green Ranger." "Illogical. Zordan would've told us about a 6th ranger." Billy said. "Oh man, did Zordon lie to you?" Maria said.
