A bit too much pressure.

You tried to breath one more time when your lungs exploded under boy's heel. An enormous pain filled your chest and you started to choke. The boy probably felt a little "pop" under his foot, so he took it back and looked at you.
"Ohhh... That was too much for you..." boy said and walked out of his room. Trying to breath, tears filled your eyes and you heard giant steps again, but more noisy, than those made by boy. Then you saw him and his dad coming at you.
"What did you done to him, Billy?" dad asked.
"Well... He didn't want to clean up my shoes... So I had to punish him, just as the man from shop told me" boy was the boy was clearly saddened. "I only stepped on him a few times..."
"Hmm... I see... But you did it a little to much. He will die soon, as I can see." You saw a piece of toilet paper in dad's hand. "And my 15 dollars has gone..." Billy's dad grabbed your tiny body by toilet paper and went with you to the toilet.
"I'll buy another one tomorrow. But this time don't step on him that much. They are not strong enough for a giant like you" Boy giggled and giant hand dropped you into the toilet. Toilet paper uncovered you and you saw giant boy hitting the flush. A huge water splash sent you deep into sewage pipes, maikng you drown immidiately. Even if you couldn't breath for a few seconds ago.
