Her stomach is growling. She could get a snack.

Jessica groaned as her stomach let out a loud growl. She needed food, ASAP. Walking out of her room, she went downstairs, reaching the kitchen. She’d been trying to avoid gaining more weight, but her belly was insistent.

She’d started off with a sandwich, but her belly made it clear that wouldn’t be enough. So she took some leftover lasagna from dinner last night. By the time she finished, her stomach was as big as pregnant woman's. The burning feeling hadn’t gone away.
She decided to sleep it off. Rubbing her distended gut, Jessica went upstairs and went to bed.
