Laura was exhilirated that she got the lead part. She got to be the queen in The Gothic Queen a part she was literally born for. Laura rejoiced, in her own unnoticable way, expressing jubilation isn't very goth afterall. Laura was nearly perfect for fitting the role. She had the look, the attitude, but she lacked the body which her theater director noticed. Later that afternoon Laura was approached by the play's director.
"Laura you're a perfect gothic queen but I'm afraid you're a bit too scrawny. The queen is supposed to be a corpulent woman who grows fatter as the play goes on." the director said studying Laura's underfed physique.
"So I gotta fatten up a bit? okay no big deal, I mean it's not like I care about my body." Laura replied.
"Very good Laura, I was right to pick you. Not all girls are willing to take such commitment especially that Johanna girl." the director exclaimed.
"Yeah I hate broads who obsess over their weights." Laura added.
"So Laura let's discuss how much weight you'll need to gain. You see the queen is 200 pounds at the beginning of the play but fattens up as the play continues so you'll have to weigh more than 200 pounds." instructed the director.
"But if I'm over 200 pounds how will we do the beginning?" questioned Laura.
"Simple you'll wear slimming clothes and you'll adorned a corset to restrain your fat." answered the director.
