No, he hit Marine

Getting out of his hunched position Eggman would rise to see Marine standing there, her head looking down with a blank stare and a wide open mouth. Eggman cursed to himself quietly before grabbing the raccoon's hand to get her out of view as anyone could come out at any moment and if he was caught in the middle of this he knew it wouldn't go well. Eggman determined he had two options as he waited for a figure to potentially step outside: he could wait for someone else there for however long and take them with Marine or he can take the zoned out raccoon to a more secure location and finish the mental programming on her.
