The rest of the Justice League has been watching their former member from elsewhere. They watched as she started turning on everyone, seemingly forgetting everything she once stood for. They knew they couldn't stand for this, so they decided that they needed to put a stop to this now. This is why they started her way with no plan in particular.
With the city in ruins, it made it easy for Wonder Woman to see her former teammates coming her way. All she could do was smile. What could they possibly do to her now?
Knowing that Superman would be the biggest threat, she decides to go for him first. Given that he was the first one there, it became easy for her to catch him in midair.
