Make changes to other people

Brad sat back down, a glint in his eyes.

"Well well...looks like mom found me something amazing..." He murmured, a smile curling his lips. Reopening the application, he wasted no time trying to comprehend the gem his mother had given him, studying and memorizing what each option had to offer, and always making sure not to trigger any of them. At least, not yet anyway. This is what he read, in more detail

Welcome to Universal Program! Please make a selection:

1) Individual Organizer
2) Group Organizer
3) Population Organizer

Brad had used the Individual Organizer, and targetted himself, so he decided to try the other options as well, clicking in the second one, Group Organizer. A new window replaced the previous one, and if had these contents:

1) Smith Family (All)
2) Smith Family (Children Only)
3) Smith Family (Parents Only)
4) Smith Family (Males Only)
5) Smith Family (Females Only)
6) Dewey High School (All Students)
7) Dewey High School (All Seniors)
8) Dewey High School (All Male Students)
9) Dewey High School (All Female Students)

So...this feature would let him change his family or his school...interesting. He had a few ideas popping up in his head already...

"Alrighty then...let's look at choice number three, "Population Organizer"...Hello, what's this?..." He muttered as he went back to the first window and clicked on the third option. It opened a new window with the following contents:

1)City/State
2)Country
3)Continent
4)Global

He clicked on City/State, and was greeted by a text box asking him to specify the city he wanted to focus on, as well as who to focus on, as in 'All', 'Males only' and 'Females Only'. A few more ideas popped into his mind, some beneficial, and others a little more devious.

"Hmmm... what to choose, what to choose..."
