What happened

Amanda woke up in a strange sort of place, she had no idea how she got there, it seemed like...Everything was just fine, she was coming home from the zoo with her family, then she wakes up tied to an operating bed, with a bunch of strange folks looking at her

"What am I doing here?" Amanda asked trying not to sound too nervous

"You have been chosen because you have unique genetic properties." A man in scientist garb said "We are here to bring forth those latent quarities in extraordinary human beings."

"What are you talking about?" Amanda said "I'm not extraordinary at all! I'm just a kid!"

"We shall see." The Scientist said as he filled a syringe "I get the sense you are very snake-like therefore I will transform you into Crotalus adamanteus the Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake!"

Before Amanda could say anything else, she felt herself transforming, she felt her legs fusing into a long scaly tail, she heard a a rattle start to shake, she felt her face become a muzzle.

Then she blacked out
