You look over you see Steve snoring and fast asleep. Its only till you realize that you are equal size because you both had shrunk! You hurriedly walk over and slap him to wake him up.
"Steve Steve Steve!" you yell. He groggily opens his eyes and looks at you in excitement. "Woah did it actually work?" he asked looking at his surroundings to confirm he was small. "Wait," you say "You signed up for the experiment too?" he stand up and puts on his tiny little clothes. You do the same. "I sure did, they wanted people to test it and I needed the cash so I thought hey why not, thats why I asked your mom to take you over here last night to surprise you so we wouldnt be alone on this. I dont think my foster family knows yet but oh well whats the worst that could happen?" he asked. He was about to find out.
The two of you decide to go downstairs, hopping each step stealthily.
