After being yanked back into Angela's mouth, you find yourself tossed around again. Her tongue shoves you about, lapping you up. You struggle with all your might to just avoid drowning in her sticky saliva. Her teeth even grope you a few times, squeezing you without crushing you. Her whole mouth seems to be probing you curiously.
You can barely make sense of the sound, but her voice booms around you.
"Aw, Nicky! Your flavor's gone! Oh well; it could only last so long. Let's see how you feel in my tummy!"
Saliva starts building thicker and her tongue starts pushing you toward the back of the throat. Feeling this surge, you frantically try to pull your way out. Her tongue sweeps you back and her esophagus grabs you by the foot. Once it grips you, there is no escape; you're pulled inexorably back until even your head is squeezed below the saliva and through the sphincter. Her throat grips you and squeezes you down rhythmically.
On the outside, Angela admires the tiny lump slowly receding down her throat.
One more tight spot and you find yourself spat out into a hot, humid sac. It is impossible to see, but you manage to get a footing. As you blindly grope in the darkness, you feel some surfaces that are mushy; some liquid up to your waist. You know there is only one possible place you could be and you scream for mercy. A load thumping echoes around you, which you recognize as her heartbeat. You bang on the walls of her stomach, desperately in protest. There's no way you could get a proper footing or the leverage to squeeze yourself back up, and you don't see a way forward either. You cry in hysterics.
"Now now, Nicky. You're not getting out of there except on my terms". You understand her voice this time, bizarrely muffled from the outside.
