Something canine

...But what? Here are the options:

1. Mirage discovers that she has contracted a condition called Man's Best Friend Syndrome (MBFS) that is gradually transforming her, both physically and mentally, into a dog (in her case, a white Standard Poodle). (N.B.: The changes take place over a period of days, weeks or even months, take your pick.)

2. After a close encounter with a werewolf-turned-supervillain, Mirage finds herself slowly turning into a wolf. Will she use her new form to fight crime or will she be just a mindless animal?

3. While on a mission in Alaska, Mirage is attacked by a supervillain, causing her to slowly transform (over a period of several days) into a wolfdog.
