Back in Tokyo that she reappears

Although she could as easily suddenly emerged in one of the other parts of the world like in the United States or U.K. Soyaru chose to make the traditional monstrous entrance right in the heart of Tokyo itself,the center of all giant movie monsters including the mighty,legendary lizard himself slowly she emerged from Tokyo Bay smiling up a storm as she tried to imagine the looks on everyone's faces as usual the citizens of Tokyo were going about their daily lives when one woman screamed "Wh-what's that?" Pointing at the monstrous blob like shape emerging from the depths of Tokyo Bay everyone stopped what they were doing and stared as the enormous eight year old slowly pulled herself up onto the decks of the shipping yard
"Hello everybody!" Soyaru cried out happily as expected all the citizens screamed and ran for it Soyaru fumed
"Well that was rather rude of them! Oh well if they want to see me as a monster I might as well start acting like one....Hey Everyone ROOOOOOAAAAARRR!" She let out a powerful Godzilla like roar that shattered windows while starting to playfully stomp towards them the people only panicked even more
"ROOOOOAAAR,ROOOOOOOAAAAAR!" Soyaru cried out again even though she was merely playing the citizens thought she really was going to start rampaging and destroying their town soon she grew bored with the traditional roaring and stomping around and decided to start stomping cars and knock over a few buildings which were empty
"Ahhhh run the monster's even more ferocious than we thought!" The people screamed
"Rooooar-oh this is getting old time for something else." Soyaru whispered meanwhile at the newly created Tokyo Monster Elimination Unit Facility,designed especially to battle those out-of control-creatures attacking fair Tokyo calls were flooding in from all over the city and the main director was swamped
"Yes,yes we've heard sir,a giant monster is attacking your city no worries the Unit is on the case." As he hung up the phone and spoke into a intercom to the hundreds of soldiers in the training and break room "Look alive boys looks like we got another monster to destroy,Tokyo needs our help again! Move,move,move!" As the hundreds of soldiers with their weapons and tanks armed to the teeth raced out of the facility meanwhile.....
