You are always attracted by little insects, se them and study their way of life. But from that day you saw a spider eat a little ant you understand that the biggest and the strongest eat the smallest, this was a rule of nature so you decided to follow this rule and from the fact you were biggest than them now you knew they must finish in you stomach.
You went out in your garden to search some insect to swallow down whole in your young hungry stomach.
Your attention was captured by a little worm that, not knowing what it was happening to him, went for his way.
You took him and said: I'm sorry little worm but I'm bigger than you so you will be devoured by me. Don't worry you will come out from my body but as my poop eheheh. And said that you opened your mouth and the poor worm disappeared inside, it tried to exit from that wet, slimy and dangerous trap but you sucked him like a noodle and you love noodles. With one big gulp the worm was gone inside and you talked to him: see my little snack, I must grow up so I must eat sooo much and now you are all mine and you cannot escape, bye bye Bobby win and you lost eheh and touching his belly released a big belch.
From that days he eat all things that move, all things with wings: flies, ants, spiders, worms etc, he has eaten hundreds of poor unfortunate guys that finish in that hungry stomach of a 5 years old boy, and he loved to feel them inside wriggling and tryng desperately to exit before to be digested alive.
But one day something changed...
All adults shrunk and you know what happen to little beings...
