As all of this was happening, the woman was trying to take in her situation. She was on an island that was unknown to her, with no clue as to if there were any other survivors at all. She was taken captive by a local tribe that was hostile to her for no reason at all. Now, she was being sacrificed to a giant that looks like he came from her neck of the woods. Furthermore, there was no promise of any help on the horizon, or that it would arrive in time to save her. In response to all of this, all she could do was scream.
For his part, Konga looks at his new prize. What he sees is a blonde haired woman about his age with an hourglass figure that looks nothing like his usual diet of natives. He notices that she also has a loud scream, louder than most he has encountered. His response is to simply roar at her.
Noticing that this loud creature is sparking his arousal, he turns around and starts walking back into the jungle. When he gets to the treeline, he looks back and roars loudly at the chanting crowd. He then turns back and walks into the jungle with his catch.
