She decided she wanted to surprise Tails, putting on a visible amount of weight before showing it off to him. For the next little while she focused on packing on pounds, frequently coming back to the cake shop but also visiting local restaurants, bakeries and buffets.
She tried to eat a little more with every meal and seem to find her appetite going up in concert with her weight it wasn't long before large cakes like the one she started her gaining journey with went from whole meals to just the final course to a midday snack.
She was keeping away from Tails so he'd be surprised by her new figure and she felt a little bad about that but was confident his new degree of attraction to her would more than make up for it.
